Up for sale today is this remarkable Rolls Royce Phantom, for a mere £120,000. With a famous owner for his collection of pretty extreme vehicles, this Phantom that I previously named "The Ugliest Rolls Royce Phantom EVER" when I came across it in London and filmed (video below), is now up for sale in the UK.
